Casting Sport

Roger with Steve Rajeff, several times world champion distance caster in several disciplines.

I can offer tuition for anyone interested in this increasingly popular  pastime of distance casting as a sport.

You may want to do this to increase your understanding of the casting mechanics, or to enter competitions.

The great aspect of this,  is the fact that you can practice anywhere there is a bit of grass, just as long as you make sure it is a safe environment.

Whatever the reason, I can assure you that it will improve your fly fishing abilities and really boost your confidence.

With this ability, you will be able to be very accurate in your delivery and delicacy of your dry fly on rivers, to reaching the fish on stillwaters, where other anglers have pushed them out, beyond the average caster’s reach.

I will guarantee to increase your existing distance and will give you the confidence needed to enter competitions.

You never know you could end up being a world champion, taking on such guys like Steve Rajeff, so be aware, this stuff can be addictive.

If you are not sure of taking up this fascinating aspect of fly fishing/casting, then I urge to come to one of the BFCC meetings. It is free to attend, just drop in and say hello.

Roger fires out a long one at one of the BFCC distance competitions.
